It is possible!

You just have to respect the following 5 rules:

1 Avoid eating sweets too often during the day. Nutritionists recommend that you eat no more than 25g of sugar a day!

2 Brush for 2 to 3 minutes twice a day.

3 Floss at least once a day. We tend to skip this step, but it makes a huge difference on gum health.

4 Visit your dentist for a thorough dental cleaning and examination once every 6 months.
